Every Wednesday (September 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th, 2026) from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM (JST)
■ Affected Services: 【Portal】 MyPage – “New Membership Registration,” “Edit Child Information,” “Edit Payment Information” in Account Settings
■ Purpose: Payment system maintenance
■ Impact:When using a Mitsui Sumitomo Card for transactions processed via the VISA JAPAN Group, there may be two brief communication interruptions (approximately 1 to 2 seconds each) during the maintenance window, which could result in error responses.

■ Impact: When using a credit card issued by UC Card, or when the transaction is processed through UC Card, six communication disruptions of approximately 30 seconds each occur during the work period.

■ Impact: During the maintenance period, all SoroTouch services will be unavailable.
※ The message “Server is under maintenance” will be displayed.
※ Services will resume after the maintenance is completed.

■ Purpose: Payment system maintenance
■ Impact: When using a Mitsui Sumitomo Card for transactions processed via the VISA JAPAN Group, an error response will occur for approximately one minute during each maintenance period.
