Incident start time: Around 5:00 PM (JST), October 20th, 2025(Mon) – Ongoing
In addition, the following functions have been reprocessed and fully recovered by 10:30 AM.
・Ranking Aggregation
・Flag Shuffle on the SoroTouch flag screen
・SoroTouch “Record” “Month” aggregation

The cause of this issue was identified as a malfunction related to the cloud service we use.
At this time, some processing delays and performance degradation have been reported, and it will take some more time before full recovery is achieved.

As a result, the following functions encountered processing errors and are currently being retried.
