Every Wednesday (April 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th, 2026) from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM (JST)
■ Affected Services: 【Portal】 MyPage – “New Membership Registration,” “Edit Child Information,” “Edit Payment Information” in Account Settings
■ Purpose: Payment system maintenance
■ Impact:When using a Mitsui Sumitomo Card for transactions processed via the VISA JAPAN Group, there may be two brief communication interruptions (approximately 1 to 2 seconds each) during the maintenance window, which could result in error responses.

■ Affected Services: 【App】 SoroTouch, SoroRoom 【Portal】 MyPage, SoroHome
■ Purpose: Server update for functionality improvements
■ Impact: During the maintenance period, all SoroTouch services will be unavailable.
※ The message “Server is under maintenance” will be displayed.
※ Services will resume after the maintenance is completed.
